Meet Angi
Artist. Professional. Storyteller.
I discovered my love for photography while studying at the University of Central Missouri, where I earned my degree in Photography. In 2004, I started Angi’s Art LLC, and for the last 20+ years, I’ve had the privilege of documenting some of life’s most meaningful moments.
Over the years, I’ve served as President of the Professional Photographers Association of Greater Kansas City and on the board of the Missouri Professional Photographers. But the heart behind what I do comes from my own life — my husband Jake, our son Ethan, and our two goofy dogs, Walrus and Puffin. They remind me how quickly moments pass and how important it is to hold onto them.
Weddings are my favorite kind of beautiful chaos. I love the big moments, the quiet in-between ones, and all the emotion woven through the day. My approach is simple: create timeless, honest images that feel just as meaningful years from now as they do today. I’m not just there to take photos — I’m there to care for your story and preserve it with intention.
